Great and very pretty location on the outskirts of town, you can walk everywhere. It has a busy bar and exceptional and pleasant staff. The breakfasts are good hot with toast, a muffin plus healthy options.

The units are well-designed, updated with a double bed. The setting is marvellous, short walk to centre of Brighton, a taxi back from Brighton seafront and a good steak house, good area.

The place was reasonably clean with a decent staff from the cleaners to the managers. The location of the hotel was very central, near to Brighton for 1 night, onsite restaurant and loads of cafes.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

That was what I call brilliant base for celebrating anniversary. I enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice of coffee and tea. The twin room was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was comfortable and fabulous and in a very central location. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
